The Handicrafts and Handlooms Export Corporation of India (HHEC) was a central public sector enterprise under the administrative control of the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. Established in 1958, its primary objective was to promote and export Indian handicrafts, handlooms, khadi, and products of village industries to global markets, thereby supporting artisans and preserving India's rich cultural heritage.
